The CALL-for-EXHIBITORS is Open The Nanoelectronic Devices for Defense & Security (NANO-DDS) Exhibit is being organized as a companion and co-located event to support and further the scientific & technical goals of the 2009 NANO-DDS Conference. The primary goals include: Promoting new interactions between scientists, technologists & entrepreneurs, Providing platforms for focusing scientific innovation & technology, Creating new technology-program networks & R&D foundations, and Fostering new program/funding opportunities in the Defense & Security arena. The NANO-DDS Exhibit will run concurrently with the NANO-DDS Conference and it will be located directly adjacent to locations where the sessions will be conducted (i.e., Commodore Ballroom) in the Bahia Mar Resort. Information on the logistics of the NANO-DDS Exhibit will be posted here by January 1st, 2009. Information on the NANO-DDS Exposition (NANO-DDS-Ex) activities are given in Exhibitor INFO.
Interested exhibitors should apply by following the two-step process:
STEP 1: Complete and Submit the following application form: Exhibit Registration. STEP 2: Once email confirmation is received back from the NANO-DDS organiziers confirming the availability of the requested booth-space, then Complete and Submit the following formal agreement: 2008 Exhibit Contract. |
